Opening a hub for SUSTAINABLE EDUCATION @ GROUND CURRUMBIN was a 7 year dream come true…

Founder of Ground@Currumbin, Peter Aubort was my inspiration, watching the final pieces to a dream suburb THE ECO VILLAGE Currumbin, unfold the last layers of the commercial  Health Precinct.

 

My office has quickly become an info booth, chat box, tour guide, staging and styling shopfront for Sustainable education and NOW REAL ESTATE.

Starting my working career in banking, my role morphed to manager of the Golden Sun Health Shop & Cafe, providing education through community film nights + eco events under the banner of Life Changing Events.

Once my children were born I was a mum on a mission, I needed the farmers here, where we could put Farmers First.

Motivated by one of my farming heroes, who said to me, vote with your wallet, it's bigger and better than any polling booth.

 

So, with my toddlers in tow, together with a group of awesome parents by my side, we lobbied for the opening of the Miami Organic Markets, created Life Changing Events @ HOTA, LOHAS Markets inside the Burleigh State School Hall, where we created an extraordinary Health Drink range at LOVE ORGANIC LIVING – to my final home SEA HQ at Ground Currumbin.
